Coach Information

The role of the Quality Improvement Coach (QIC) is to work directly with practices to implement the IPIP/PCMH model. Commitment to assist the medical practice in improving healthcare quality leading to the Patient-Centered Medical Home is essential. These Quality Professionals are willing to volunteer their time and apply basics tools that can assist any organization in the continual improvement of practices processes leading to improved satisfaction of patients, staff and physicians. Quality Professionals from various industry/service settings who are specialists in process improvement will be trained for free in the medical culture so that they can more effectively use their quality tools in a primary care setting.
